At Beltran Properties, we love partnering with people who bring fresh perspectives to real estate. Our newest Buyer’s Agent, Tom Barber, does just that.
Last November, he relocated to Portland after spending a mere 28 YEARS living on Maui. Hmmm. Maybe that’s why Tom brings such a sense of calm and relaxation to his real estate clients?
On the other hand, because he grew up in a military family and moved every three years, Tom has been exposed to many people, places and cultures throughout his life. When he was a kid, he attended the International School of Bangkok in Thailand. Fun Fact: Sherine attended the same school when she lived in Thailand as a child.
So Tom knows very well what it’s like to start fresh in a new town, and how to make a new place feel like a familiar home.
For our clients who are relocating from various parts of the world, it’s very comforting to work with someone who has such a high level of personal understanding in this area.
In fact, one of the things Tom loves most about real estate is the ability to connect buyers and sellers from around the globe.
As a buyer’s agent, he focuses on building relationships with his clients to offer them a superior experience. Tom’s clients feel comfortable with him and supported throughout the home-buying process.
When he’s not out showing houses, you’ll find Tom spending time with his family and/or playing guitar and writing music for fun. He’s also a huge soccer fan. Go Timbers and team USA!
Tom was drawn to Team Beltran because of our high level of dedication to our clients.
“This is a perfect place for me to learn and grow in real estate,” he said.
In the short time Tom has been with us, he has already proven that, like us, he strives to always put the client first. His vast experience in many countries and cultures, not only adds to the diversity of our team, but truly serves our clients best.
We are pleased to have Tom join us and look forward to what we can learn from him as well.
Please take a moment to officially welcome Tom to Team Beltran. You can reach him at 503-462-4299 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
