All Aboard! Beltran Properties Group prepares to entertain nearly 180 clients aboard the vessel during their 6th Annual Client Appreciation Event on Nov 11, 2017.
Magician Craig Martin wowed the audience with logic-defying tricks. Seen here with hostess Sherine Beltran.

What a year we’re having at Beltran Properties Group and 7 Pillars Network! Every year in November, we like to host a big party to say THANK YOU to our real estate clients who trust us with their home sale and home purchase this year. True to form, our Annual Client Appreciation Event this year was another smashing success!   With more than 170 attendees boarding the Sternwheeler for dinner and a river cruise along the Willamette, our clients and sponsors received a warm welcome from the ship’s captain who has been captaining the Sternwheeler for 30 years! After a brief safety demonstration, we started with a warm welcome from Preston Jarneski, of 7 Pillars Network.

Magic, Raffles, Photo’s, Food and More!

This year’s theme “Americana” meant many guests donned their best Red/White/Blue attire to help with the festivities. And, with the event on 11-11-17 (Veterans Day) it also meant perfect timing to celebrate our men and women who have served our country!

Even the sponsors got into the photobooth!
Each place setting had a program, old fashioned caramel popcorn, dinner mints ~ and the route for the Sternwheeler.
Tables set with Flags and candles, ready for the guests to arrive.
The Whiskey Darlings played favorites all night!

Along with a delicious dinner buffet, guests enjoyed the live music of The Whiskey Darlings, and highly entertaining and logic-defying magic of Craig Martin, while downing beverages from two bars located on board. Lead Buyer’s Agent on the Beltran Properties Group team, Ethan Frelly, then drew the winners of the night’s raffle prices.

Just a few of the prizes to give away…

And as dessert was served, guests mingled, wandered the boat, and took hilarious photo’s at the photobooth. The 2 viewing decks on 2 levels were open to view the city lights as the vessel cruised up and down the river, even raising the Portland Steel Bridge at least twice!

The Steel Bridge went up at least twice for us that night!
More photobooth fun!
What on earth??
