Meet Our New Team Member Sara Richardson
Oregon Real Estate Broker Sara Richardson, is as passionate about the Pacific Northwest as she is about helping you find your dream home! Sara will also feel as much love for your new home as you do. She will have that “aha!” moment with you simply because she is so IN it with you. Driven by an understanding of what home really means, Sara is ready to work with you to find the house that will become your home. She explains, “I view Real Estate as a "helping field." I love being an advocate for my clients and I love helping people find home. I also enjoy seeing different styles and dreaming up ways to improve spaces.”
What sets Sara apart from many agents is her familiarity with the mid Willamette Valley and her appreciation for Salem, our jewel capital city. She likens Saelm to Portland without the traffic! Access to mountains, beaches, lakes, and city life are all within reach.
In her down time, Sara loves to crochet, spend time with her family, read and paddleboard. Her decision to join Beltran Properties Group was based on our reputation. When asked how she knew our team was the place for her, she said, “Hands down, reputation. Anyone in the field will tell you that the Beltrans "are the good guys" and that you'd be crazy not to want to be in business with them!”. We’re blushing...and are so pleased to have Sara join us.
Sara’s ability to see the potential in any home is a unique skill that benefits buyers who want to make the most of their home purchasing budget. When you’re ready to work with someone who shares in your excitement and has a knack for seeing the possibilities, call Sara! She’s ready when you are.
